WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING/WHAT IS SUPPLIED?

  1. The hotel will supply towels, and we will have water outside of the rooms before and after each class. You will need to bring a mat with you. We will have mats to purchase if you prefer not to pack your own.


WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE IN ORLANDO IN NOVEMBER?

  1. The weather in Orlando in November will be moderate with lows in the upper 60s and highs in the upper 70s for the most part. It can get a bit chilly in the mornings and evenings, so a jacket and some pants would be smart to pack.


IS THERE A SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL?

  1. There is no shuttle service offered by the hotel, however, Mears Transportation is the official shuttle concessionaire at Orlando International Airport.

  2. •Shuttle services can be purchased online at www.mearstransportation.com or at Orlando International Airport

  3. •Estimated shared shuttle service from the airport to the DoubleTree is $18 one way, or $29 round trip.

  5. •Mears Taxi Service is available for all of local Orlando transportation needs. Most taxi requests are dispatched within 15 minutes from the time of request.

I PLAN TO RE-CERTIFY AT THIS EVENT, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

  1. Re-certification will need to be done on the corporate website at least one week prior to the retreat. It is very easy! On their new website, there is a link on the left hand side that says re-certification. Click on that link and follow the instructions. There is a simple form to fill out, and an agreement to sign. There is also a place where you must note what seminar you plan to attend. Our event is listed as Womens Retreat Orlando. There is a fee of $50 that must be paid on their site when you fill out the registration. And that is it. They will handle all of the re-certification needs. And there is an email there, if you have any additional questions about re-certifying.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. You may cancel your retreat up to October 1st with 100% refund (less the $25 administration fee).  After that, we deduct half the cost of the retreat, as we've already paid Bikram.
